About the Role
As Duty Manager, you'll lead shifts across our busy gaming room, bar and bistro, ensuring exceptional customer service, robust gaming compliance and smooth day-to-day venue operations.
You'll be a visible leader who motivates the team while creating a welcoming experience for every guest.
What You'll Bring
Previous hospitality leadership or Duty Manager experience.




CurrentRSA,RSGandResponsible Persons (RP) Badge(essential).
Solid knowledge of gaming operations and Responsible Gambling requirements.
Excellent leadership, communication and customer service skills.
A positive, hands-on attitude with the ability to lead by example.
Availability to work a rotating roster, includingnights, weekends and public holidays.
