You will report to the People & Culture Manager and lead WHS matters across our aged care services, including home support and community programs.
Responsibilities include monitoring WHS systems, coordinating audits, maintaining incident and hazard records, and ensuring PPE compliance while fostering robust cross‐organisational relationships and a proactive safety culture.
