Hygiene TechnicianPosition Summary
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Hygiene Technician to join our team. In this role, you will provide scheduled hygiene services to commercial customers, ensuring hygiene equipment is serviced and maintained to a high standard. This position does
not
involve cleaning washrooms or general toilet cleaning.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct regular scheduled service visits to customer sites.
Change over sanitary bins in female washrooms.
Refill soap dispensers and air fresheners as required.
Install, service, and maintain hygiene equipment and related products.
Ensure all services are completed efficiently and in accordance with company standards.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing a high level of customer service.
Accurately complete service records and required documentation.
Maintain company vehicles, equipment, and stock in a clean and organised condition.
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant legislation.
Skills and Experience
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a scheduled service route.
Good time management and organisational skills.
A practical, reliable, and qualified approach to work.
Physically fit and capable of lifting and carrying service equipment when required.
Previous experience in hygiene services, facilities management, or a similar field is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided.
Essential Requirements
Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Ability to work safely and adhere to all health and safety procedures.
Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality service.
Ability to pass any required pre-employment checks.
