To be successful for this role you will have:
Proven experience delivering building or construction projects from planning through to completion.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage scope, budget, timeframes, and quality.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and contract administration experience.
Ability to lead project teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve successful outcomes.
Relevant tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Architecture, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Town Planning, or a related discipline are highly regarded.
