This represents an extremely rare senior opportunity with a very up-to-date and innovative accounting firm based in Birtinya.
This firm has been in operation for many years and are growing at a rapid rate.
The firm has invested heavily in their culture to reduce staff turnover and to foster a very positive office workplace.
POSITION
The position of Supervisor has been created due to growth to provide support to the Partners and Managers.
The role will involve:
Manage a high quality SME client base
Supervise a motivated team of accountants
High level tax compliance and advisory
Attend networking and business development events to grow the firm's brand
CANDIDATE
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following:
CA/CPA qualified
5+ years experience within Australian Public Practice
Strong technical tax knowledge
Previous experience managing staff (on shore and off shore)
Great longevity and reliable employment history (non negotiable)
Strong client relationship management experience
Exceptional communication and presentation (non negotiable)
