With our processing plant based at Deniliquin, we are looking to add to our team.
This plant plays a critical role in packaging and distribution.
Key Responsibilities:
· Operate seed processing equipment (treating, bagging and dispatch)
· Monitor plant performance and report any issues
· Perform basic maintenance and housekeeping tasks
· Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards
· Assist with loading/unloading trucks and manage product movement on site
· Accurately complete production records and documentation
Work collaboratively with the operations team to meet production targets
Key Attributes:
· Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, or agricultural setting (demonstrated understanding of and experience in seed cleaning highly desired, however training and support will be provided)
· Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn
· Robust attention to detail and commitment to quality
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Ability to work in a physically demanding role
· Forklift licence (or willingness to obtain) is highly regarded
· Commitment to workplace safety
