Barista – Morning Availability Required
We are seeking an experienced Barista with strong specialty coffee knowledge and a passion for customer service.
Morning weekday availability is essential.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 12 months' experience as a Barista
Experience in specialty coffee
Confident latte art skills (basic latte art minimum requirement)
Ability to adjust coffee grind and manage various brew methods
Experience opening and closing the espresso bar
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to carry three plates/coffees and provide full table service
Ability to work effectively within a team
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages
Take customer orders and manage service flow
Perform opening and closing procedures
Maintain the espresso bar to a high operational standard
Ensure a secure and hygienic work setting
Handle and follow up customer enquiries professionally
