About The Role

In this crucial role, you will lead the warehouse and distribution teams in increasing productivity, quality and efficiency in our Operations system. To create and maintain a healthy work workplace and provide support. To ensure daily targets are met and to improve the Operations system where needed.

Role Title: Warehouse Team Leader

Location: Port Macquarie, New South Wales, Australia

Hours: Monday – Friday, Full Time Permanent

Reporting: Regional Manager - Port Macquarie

Essential Skills & Qualifications

Previous experience in warehousing and operations managerial level – preferably in a quick-moving environmentStrong leadership skills to lead warehouse and distribution teams in responsibilities and organizational controlComfortable navigating necessary computer systems essential for warehouse upkeepAbility to analyse situations and think critically to find solutions and improve internal processesHistory of compliance with safety regulations and best practice safety in a warehouse setting

Duties & Responsibilities

Manage all warehousing process, stock,



inventory and delivery fleet vehicles Lead and support the warehouse and distribution team in a rapid-moving environmentMonitor and ensure effectiveness of warehouse equipment and maintenanceFollow workplace safety and OH&S; rules and ensure staff are following as wellEnsure goods inwards & outwards efficiency and quality control
