Finance Manager - Infrastructure Services
Owing to an internal promotion, a leading infrastructure services business is seeking an experienced Finance Manager.
This is a senior leadership role, reporting directly to the General Manager and managing a team of five.
This position offers a unique opportunity to play a key role in both the operational and strategic direction of a complex, quick-paced business.
The Role
Lead the development of annual business strategy, budgets, and reforecasts across the region
Oversee month-end reporting, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance
Review major project performance to ensure accurate financial reporting
Monitor and manage regional cashflow, liquidity, and working capital
Prepare and present reports to executive leadership and board stakeholders
Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team
Drive financial controls, governance, and compliance




Support capital requests and business case development
Contribute to environmental reporting in line with group strategy
Identify and implement process and system improvements
About You
Tertiary qualifications in Accounting or Finance
CA/CPA qualified
Proven experience in a senior finance role within a complex environment
Experience within construction or infrastructure is highly regarded
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
Advanced capability in financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting
