Site-Based Architect – Facade Construction
Location:Surfers Paradise, Gold Coast

Logikal Facade Solutions is seeking a motivatedSite-Based Architectto join our growing facade delivery team on a landmark high-rise project.
Key Responsibilities
Translate approved shop drawings into practical site installation details.
Provide technical support to the installation team and resolve on-site design issues.
Prepare, manage and close out ITPs (Inspection & Test Plans).
Coordinate material deliveries with the warehouse and site team.
Attend site meetings with builders, consultants and subcontractors.
Monitor installation quality and ensure works comply with approved drawings and specifications.
Coordinate design changes, RFIs and as-built information throughout the project.
Requirements
Degree in Architecture or a related discipline.
Experience in façade, curtain wall, windows,
cladding or commercial construction preferred.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and shop drawings.
Strong coordination, communication and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit experience is an advantage).
Australian working rights and a current driver's licence.
