We are seeking a Spare Parts Administrator to assist our busy Spare Parts Department in this diverse and agile role.
Key responsibilities and duties:
Process customer orders for spare parts
Process quotations to customers for spare parts
Order confirmations
Place orders with suppliers
Enter recommended spare parts list (RSPL) into accounting system
Add new stock codes
Communicate with customers regarding back orders and lead times for stock not held at Select Equip
Assist in managing incoming email database




Ensure Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are updated and maintained for the department.
Skills and experience:
3 + years' experience in a similar role
Excellent attention to detail with a high level of accuracy
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Team player and numbers person
Willingness to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
