We have a part-time (19 or 23 hrs per/week) Admin position ready!

Shifts required:
Option 1: Monday 730am-12 noon, Wednesday 1-7pm, Thursday 4pm-7pm & Friday pm-6pm plus shift cover when required (19 hours)
Or
Option 2: Wednesday 1-7pm, Thursday 730am-7pm & Friday pm-6pm plus shift cover when required (23 hours)

What you'll do:
Greet clients with a smile, manage schedules, handle payments, and keep things organised.
Answer phones, manage bookings, and support our practitioners with any client communications.
Keep the clinic running smoothly, from stock management to maintaining a tidy environment.
Help out with social media, emails, and marketing campaigns.
Attend team meetings, contribute ideas, and be part of our growth!
