We have an excellent prospect for a full time (Monday to Friday) Customer Service Representative to join our Customer Service team located in Malaga (WA).

Responsibilities / about the role:
Processing customer telephone orders;
Answering inbound customer calls relating to product queries;
Calling customers to build strong relationships and increase sales potential;
Provide adhoc admin support to the sales team.
About you:
Previousvet nursing or veterinary industry experience;
Excellent communication skills;
Confident computer skills, including Advanced Excel;




Conflict resolution capabilities;
Motivation, be driven to meet deadlines;
Customer focused with a desire to exceed customer expectations.
