Key Responsibilities
Wash dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils.
Operate and maintain the commercial dishwasher.
Keep the kitchen, dishwashing area, and storage areas clean and organised.
Assist with basic food preparation as required.
Receive and store deliveries following food safety procedures.
Replenish kitchen supplies and cleaning products.
Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed to health and safety standards.
Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods.
Follow food hygiene, workplace health, and safety procedures at all times.
