Job Description
Plant Force Investments Pty Ltd Horticulture Grower Plant Force Investments Pty Ltd trading as Plantrite located in Bullsbrook WA is recruiting full time Horticulture Growers to plan, coordinate, and oversee the production and cultivation of plants at Plantrite, from propagation through to harvest-ready stock.
Responsibilities include: Production planning and coordination Crop Maintenance and growing operations Records, reporting and business management Risk Management and sustainability People Leadership Innovation and Improvement Essential Skills required: Demonstrated expertise in plant propagation, growing programs, crop maintenance, and quality assurance.
Experience with production planning, crop scheduling, and resource management.
Understanding of pest, disease, and weed identification and treatment methods.
Competence in record-keeping, production reporting, and cost management.
Solid written and verbal communication skills.
Understanding of WHS, hygiene,



and accreditation systems Experience with automated irrigation systems (Priva Compass or similar).
Driver's Licence.
Certificate III or Certificate IV in Horticulture or equivalent qualification, OR three (3) years employment experience as a Horticulture Grower with relevant formal training, OR five (5) years employment experience as a Horticulture Grower with no formal training.
Salary range from $75,000 - $80,000 per annum plus superannuation.
