We are seeking ahighly motivatedandenthusiasticindividual to join our team!
You will be maintaining our database of compliance documents for subcontractors & allocating trucks to construction sites all across Melbourne.
We are based in Kilmore VIC
Shift time is 5:30am to 2pm
you will also be required to work on call one weekend per month
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calls to our fleet of subcontractor trucks
Allocating trucks to jobs
Booking tip sites
Updating contractor information and insurances ensuring that all information is captured and only compliant trucks are allocated
Ability to work in a quick paced setting.
The candidate:
Ability to multi-task and deal with high pressure environments
Qualified phone manner with the ability to build rapport with both clients & subcontractors
An understanding of Insurances, RIW and 3D Safety (not essential)
Be able to use a computer competently
Experience in Trucks / Logistics Allocations
Safety & Compliance Experience
