What you'll be doing
Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management
Providing excellent customer service by managing enquiries
Supporting the team with project coordination and other ad-hoc duties as required
Maintaining office equipment and stock to ensure optimal productivity
What we're looking for
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused approach
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and other administrative software
A team-player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
