The role may suit those who are looking for short shifts within school hours or a top up to current employment positions.
Candidates must be available for weekday shifts, specifically 2 hours on Wednesday (flexible timing) and 2 hours on Friday from 10 AM to 12 PM.
Applicants may also join the general casual pool for additional shifts based on their availability.
Experience supporting Participants living with Psychosocial disability in a family home workplace is needed for this role.
The role involves supporting Participant to access and participate in the community with activities such as attending the gym, running errands, attending appointments, shopping and recreational activities.
Casual SCHADS Award Weekday rate for qualified applicants $ to $ depending on level of qualification and experience.
Applicants without a formal qualification,



with experience or working towards a qualification in the industry may be considered for this role and paid according to the Casual SCHADS Award $ - $.
Essential Skill Requirements:
Cert III or higher in Disability/Community Services/Individual Support or related field
Demonstrated experience (6+months) working in this field
Experience providing respectful supports within a person's home
Highly developed interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
Mandatory Compliance
Right to work in Australia
Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
Working With Children Check
Current First Aid including CPR
Valid Driver's Licence & Vehicle with full Comprehensive insurance
NDIS Worker Orientation Module
Infection Control Training
Highly Desirable:
Demonstrated experience, knowledge and understanding of people with psychosocial disability requiring mental health support.
