About the Role
An immediate chance is available for aGeneral Practitionerto join a busy mixed billing clinic inCairns.
This role is ideal for a GP seeking a locum placement with flexibility and strong financial incentives, with the potential to continue on an ongoing basis until a permanent doctor is secured.
You'll be working in aDPA MM2 location, making this suitable for doctors under moratorium, while enjoying a structured weekday roster and supportive clinical environment.
What's on Offer
$200 per hour or 70% of billings(whichever is higher)
$75 per session (4 hours)towards accommodation
Return flights provided(QLD, NSW or VIC)
Car providedfor the duration of the placement
Mixed billing clinic with strong patient demand

Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality,



patient-centred consultations
Manage a range of general practice presentations
Work collaboratively with clinic staff and support team
Maintain accurate clinical records and continuity of care
What You'll Need
CurrentAHPRA registrationas a Medical Practitioner
Fellowship withRACGP or ACRRM(or equivalent)
Ability to commit to minimum 2-week blocks
Robust communication and patient care skills
