Due to continued growth and ongoing civil, residential, and commercial projects, we are seeking motivated and reliable people to join our team in several key roles.
Applicant requirements
Truck drivers to have a HR or HC driver's license
Construction Induction (blue/white card)
Own transport to and from depot
Experienced Plant Operators
Responsibilities
Grader, excavator, skid steer, loader, and truck
roadworks, detailed earthworks, and general excavation
Maintain machinery and complete daily safety checks
Work efficiently within project timelines
Communicate professionally with clients and team members
Requirements
Demonstrated experience operating earthmoving machinery
Current tickets/licences (HR highly regarded)
Robust safety focus and work ethic
Ability to work independently and in a small team




Truck Drivers (HC Licence and HR Licence)
Responsibilities
Transport materials to jobs
Assist with onsite tasks when required
Maintain vehicle cleanliness and safety compliance
Follow delivery schedules and project timelines
Requirements
Current drivers licence
Experience with tipper trucks or float transport preferred
Reliable, punctual, and safety‐minded
Ability to work across diverse job sites
