About the Role
Hotel Panorama is seeking a Housekeeping Manager to lead our housekeeping team.
With 77 accommodation rooms and multiple public areas,



the role requires a hands on manager to oversee the daily cleaning of all areas of the Hotel Panorama.
Responsibilities
Coordinate and supervise housekeeping staff to ensure all guest rooms and public areas are kept at a consistently high standard of cleanliness
Coordinate rosters to meet wage budget KPI's
Manage housekeeping inventory including linen, cleaning supplies and equipment
Recruit and train new team members on proper cleaning techniques and hotel standards
Work with other hotel departments to support overall operations
