Support Worker – Transport Assistance (Casual)
We are seeking a reliable and compassionateSupport Workerto provide transport assistance for a client requiring support to attend a medical appointment.
About the Role:
Provide safe and respectful transport assistance
Support the client with community access and appointments
Assist with mobility needs, including support with a walking aid
Ensure a comfortable and safe experience throughout the service
Complete required service notes and report any concerns appropriately

Requirements:
Experience in disability, aged care, or community support preferred
Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
Must have a small vehicle suitable for client access
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate




NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
Excellent communication and skilled conduct
Ability to provide safe and person-centred support
Important:
Worker must be comfortable supporting clients with mobility requirements.
High attention to safety and client wellbeing is required.
Relevant screening questions will apply.
