Administration Officer – Builder's Division

We're now seeking a motivatedQuantity Estimatorto join our growing Builder's Division.
This role is central to supporting our builder clients by delivering accurate take‐offs, clear pricing, and efficient project support.

About the Role
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):
Completing accurate take-offs from builder plans for flooring projects
Preparing detailed quotes, pricing schedules, and sales orders
Answering phones, assisting with queries, and liaising with customers.
Managing a high volume of paperwork and processing tasks.
Supporting process improvement initiatives to boost efficiency.
What We're Looking For
We're after someone who is not only organised but thrives on juggling competing priorities.
The ideal candidate will have:
Strong ability to read and interpret building plans
Confidence working with numbers, measurements, and calculations
High attention to detail and accuracy in all work
Positive computer skills (Outlook, databases, digital plan tools)
Robust organisational and multitasking abilities
Excellent communication and customer service skills
A proactive, solutions-focused attitude
Previous estimating or construction experience (advantageous but not essential)
Willingness to learn flooring products and industry standards
