Carpenter – Residential Construction | Toowoomba

We are a growing residential building company based in Toowoomba, specialising in quality custom homes.
We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality workmanship and creating homes our clients are proud of.
Due to continued growth, we're looking for an experienced Carpenter to join our team.
About the Role
Working alongside a small, experienced team, you'll be involved in all aspects of residential construction, including:
Frame and truss installation
Lock-up and fix-out carpentry
Reading plans and working independently
Maintaining a clean and secure worksite
Delivering quality workmanship on every project
What We Offer
Competitive pay of$45–$55 per hour, based on experience
Consistent, long-term work
4-day work week (Monday to Thursday) with prospects for additional hours when required




Variety of custom residential projects across Toowoomba and surrounding areas

About You
To be successful in this role you'll have:
Trade qualification in Carpentry
Experience in residential construction
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
Current White Card
Current driver's licence and reliable transport
Own tools
