We're looking for an experiencedSite Supervisor / Leading Handto join our artificial grass landscaping business in Bibra Lake.
This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be running a small crew, organising jobs on site, and making sure every project is completed to a high standard.

About the role
You'll be responsible for:
Supervising and inspiring a small landscaping crew
Running jobs efficiently and safely
Checking sites and organising daily work
Liaising with management and clients
Maintaining high workmanship standards
Ensuring projects are completed on time
Leading by example and working alongside your team
What we're looking for




You'll need to have:
Previous landscaping, civil or relevant trade experience
Experience leading or supervising a team
Strong organisational and communication skills
Ability to solve problems and keep jobs running smoothly
Current Australian Driver's Licence (manual preferred)
Reliability and a positive attitude
Important
Youmust be able to get to our Bibra Lake warehouse for a 7:30am start each weekdaybefore travelling to site with the team in company vehicles.
