Telecommunicate is hiring #Training_Specialist ?Work location: Maadi Key Responsibilities • Conduct current hire onboarding and induction training programs.
• Deliver process, product, customer service, sales, and soft skills training.
• Assess training needs through performance analysis and stakeholder feedback.
• Monitor trainee performance during nesting and provide coaching support.
• Conduct refresher training sessions based on quality and performance gaps.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using assessments, KPIs, and feedback reports.
• Maintain training records, attendance, and performance reports.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and HR teams to align training objectives.




• Support continuous improvement initiatives and process updates.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, client requirements, and operational standards.
Qualifications
• 1 – 2 years of experience in training within the BPO/Call Center industry.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills.
• Robust communication skills in English (spoken and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Robust coaching, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a quick-paced and target-driven workplace.
