We are currently seeking, experienced, reliable support workers who demonstrate solid resilience in a high-pressure role.
Successful candidates will be confident and comfortable navigating and supporting clients who may express their needs in a heightened or verbally challenged manner due to their disability-related needs.

To be eligible to work for us, you must have the following requirements.
NDIS Worker Check(Valid 5yrs)
Certificate III in Individual Support/Aging/similar
Provide First Aid HLTAID011 (face to face)
Manual Handling – in relation to caring for people in the community (face to face)
A Driver's Licence and your own clean and roadworthy car




Excellent communication - Must understand and speak fluent English, written and verbal
Accurate record keeping skills
2 work-related referees
Exceptional attention to detail
Physically fit for the tasks
Ability to work autonomously and make good decisions
Outstanding work ethic
Reliability & high commitment
Good time management
Current Visa (we do not Sponsor)
FACE TO FACE CERTIFICATESin Medication Training, Bowel Care, Catheter Care, Diabetes Care & PEG feeding will be highly desirable
