Join our vibrant team in Brisbane and play a key role in maintaining and developing the Travel Nurse Candidate database, aligned with Healthcare Australia's (HCA) client needs, code of conduct, and procedures.
You'll help ensure the productive and successful recruitment of high-quality staff, converting client demand into filled contracts.
You'll also contribute to a positive candidate experience and work collaboratively on initiatives that optimise resources and drive meaningful results.
What You'll Do
Screen, interview, and support nurses through every step of the hiring journey




Manage onboarding, compliance, reference checks, and documentation
Keep systems updated and actively contribute to recruitment process improvements
