Hasfarm Australia is seeking an Operations Manager to oversee our floral production.
About the Role:
As our Warehouse Operations Manager, you'll lead the team who are responsible for:
• End-to-end warehouse operations including production, logistics, transport, and inventory
• Strategic planning to align operations with business goals and KPIs
• Quality control across floral production and arrangement assembly
• Compliance leadership including Chain of Responsibility (CoR), ISO , HACCP, SQF, HARPS
• Process optimization and cost-saving initiatives
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration
• Risk management and safety oversight
• Reporting and analysis to drive performance and profitability
What We're Looking For:
We're seeking a hands-on leader with:




• Tertiary qualifications in Business Management/Operations discipline or equivalent business experience/knowledge.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a management/supervisory role
• Proven success in production or logistics settings (floristry or fresh produce a plus!)
• Solid understanding of compliance frameworks and operational risk
• Excellent communication, delegation, and decision-making skills
• Forklift license and knowledge of supermarket sector highly regarded
• Australian work rights are required for this position
•FMCG experience is highly regarded
