This is a key support role within our People & Safety team, focused on the accurate and timely delivery of weekly payroll, alongside maintaining HR systems, records, and reporting.
You'll play a critical role in ensuring payroll compliance, data integrity, and smooth day-to-day HR administration across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly payroll for 150+ employees with accuracy and attention to detail




Manage payroll updates in line with awards and legislative requirements
Respond to payroll queries and provide employee support
Maintain HRIS and employee records with a high level of accuracy
Process timesheets, leave requests, and absenteeism reporting
Prepare payroll and HR reports
Support onboarding administration and HR documentation
About You
You're a detail-focused and reliable payroll professional who takes pride in getting things right the first time.
You'll also bring:
Proven experience in payroll processing
Solid understanding of Modern Awards and compliance requirements
Experience using payroll systems such as WageEasy (or Micro Pay family)
Experience within manufacturing or FMCG environments (preferred)
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Strong systems capability (payroll/HRIS)
Ability to manage deadlines and competing priorities
