Key Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership:Provide clinical guidance and oversight, ensuring all care is delivered safely and aligns with Aged Care Quality Standards.
Operational Management:Manage the facility's day-to-day operations, including budgets, rostering, and resource allocation.
Staff Mentorship:Lead, train, and support a multidisciplinary team of nurses and personal care workers.
Community Connection:Foster robust, positive relationships with residents, their families, and local healthcare providers.
What We Offer




Competitive Salary:$130,000 - $150,000 base salary (commensurate with experience) + superannuation.

Selection Criteria (About You)
Registration:Current, unrestricted registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
Experience:Proven leadership experience as a Facility Manager or Clinical Care Manager within the aged care sector.
Clinical Acumen:Solid understanding of clinical governance, AN-ACC, and Recent Aged Care Standards accreditation compliance.
Resilience:An adaptable, hands-on approach to problem-solving and a passion for rural healthcare.
