ABOUT THE ROLE:
We have an opportunity for you to join a close-knit team in Port Adelaide as Delivery Driver of steel product.
working Full time Monday - Friday starting *.
Australian work rights are required for this position.
You will be delivering to commercial and industrial sites and ensuring the highest of safety standards are adhered to and building relationships with the regular customers.
The role will involve but not limited to:
Operating heavy vehicle trucks
Restraining goods
Transporting oversize loads
Undertaking basic inspections and maintenance on trucks and trailers
About You:
Recent truck driving experience holding either a Heavy Combination (HC) or Multi Combination (MC) Truck Driver licence and a clean driving record.
A minimum of 24 months operating experience in your license class.
You will need to be safety focused, with a high level of physical fitness and willingness to perform manual labour when required.




Moderate physical strength is required for the manual labour component of this role.

Coupling/uncoupling truck to trailers
Load Restraint
Transporting oversize loads
Transporting steel products (desirable)
as part of the recruitment process, you will be required to provide National Police Check & Drivers Licence History Check.
and if successful undergo a D&A; (drug & alcohol) Test before commencing.
