ABOUT THE ROLEAs our Payroll Officer, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth weekly payroll processing and compliance for our on-hired employee workforce.




You'll also maintain accurate employee records and manage compliance requirements across client online systems.
This role would suit someone who is highly organised, detail-focused and comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOINGPreparing and processing weekly payroll using our payroll system AstuteMaintaining employee records, certifications, and induction informationManaging compliance requirements in client online portals for on-hired employeesSupporting payroll reporting and administrative duties as required
ABOUT YOUExperience processing payroll for a mixed workforce, including casual PAYG employees and ABN contractorsExperience with Astute (or similar payroll/HRIS systems) is highly regardedAvailable to work part-time hoursStrong attention to detail and accuracyAble to work both independently and collaborativelyHighly organised with a proactive approachProfessional, friendly, supportive setting
