As Human Resources Officer, you'll be at the centre of everything people-relatedf rom recruitment and onboarding through to HR systems, employee records, reporting and supporting managers across the organisation.
You'll also play an important role as Council embarks on implementing a current digital HR management system, helping modernise the way HR services are delivered.

No two days will be the same.
You'll be involved in:




Coordinating end-to-end recruitment and onboarding
Maintaining HR records and ensuring HRIS data integrity
Preparing employment contracts and HR correspondence
Coordinating learning and development activities
Supporting managers with HR policies and Award interpretation
Assisting with workforce reporting and HR administration
Helping implement Council's new digital HR management system while supporting existing processes.
What We're Looking For
Experience across recruitment and HR administration
Confidence working with HR systems and Microsoft Office
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
A proactive approach and a genuine desire to improve processes
The ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining confidentiality.
