Consistently ranked among Australia's Top 100 courses, Mollymook Golf Club is a 27-hole facility located just 3 hours south of Sydney, featuring the championship 18-hole Hilltop Course and the newly constructed 9-hole Beachside par-3 course.
Mollymook Golf Club has commenced a full rebuild of the Hilltop Course over the next six years.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated turf professional looking to expand their expertise in both turfgrass management and golf course construction.
About the Role
Reporting directly to the Superintendent and working within a team of 10, this is a dynamic and hands-on leadership role.
The successful applicant will play a key part in daily course operations while contributing to a major redevelopment project.
Essential Criteria
Certificate III in Horticulture – Turf Management
AQF3 Chemical Application License
Proven experience in staff management, training, and development
Experience and knowledge in pesticide application
Robust understanding of Workplace Health & Safety (WHS)
Excellent interpersonal, verbal,
and written communication skills
Self-motivated, punctual, and able to lead and perform under pressure
Competent computer literacy and technical skills
Able to work a rotating weekend roster
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with Toro SitePro and Toro Lynx systems
Ability to carry out minor irrigation repairs
