We are looking for a mature (Over 30 years) dedicated support worker SOR (Armadale area) to provide supports to a client that lives in Armadale .
Participant is a 61 years old male and lives on his own.
Job Description:- In-home care supports & Community Participation-Support participants to attend booked appointments.
Shifts days: Versatile.
Once / week.
Support worker to commence as soon as possible.

Experience in disabilities supports and Mental Health
Experience in providing services to clients living in the community with varying individual support needs
