Cable Jointing Supplies is a well-established locally owned Electrical Distribution Company servicing the Electrical industry for 25 years through-out Australia based in Rockingham with free onsite parking available.
We are seeking a motivated Internal Salesperson with a passion for customer service, an eye for detail and positive data entry skills.
This is a full-time fast paced role providing sales support to Electrical Wholesalers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer phones and greet visitors professionally.
Process customer orders and quotes promptly.
Promptly respond to emails and customer queries.
Tech savvy
Essential Requirements:
Electrical/Wholesale experience.




Excellent customer service skills.
Proven experience in a similar role.
Multi-tasker - prioritise meeting deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail in a rapid-paced workplace.
Able to juggle answering phones, replying to emails, entering quotes and orders promptly.
Robust data entry skills with attention to detail a must.
Minimum accurate typing speed of 45WPM.
Experience with MYOB would be highly advantageous.
Hours are Monday to Friday 7.30am - 4.00pm.
Candidates must be a permanent resident or Australian citizen for this role and pass a background check.
