We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our dedicated team at My Little Feet Pimlico and My Little Feet Aitkenvale.
A leading provider of childcare services in Pimlico and Aitkenvale QLD.
As a part-time Lead Educator, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the minds and development of the children in our care.

What you'll be doing
Developing and implementing engaging educational programs that support the physical, cognitive, social and emotional needs of children
Overseeing the day-to-day running of the childcare centre, ensuring a safe, nurturing and stimulating environment
Maintaining accurate records, documentation and compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Cultivating strong relationships with families, collaborating to support each child's individual needs and goals
Actively participating in continuous improvement and professional development initiatives
What we're looking for
Diploma in Early Childhood or working toward




Minimum 1 year of experience in a Lead Educator or similar supervisory role within the childcare industry
Demonstrated ability to plan and deliver high-quality, age-appropriate educational programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for working with children
Strong leadership and team management capabilities, with a commitment to mentoring and developing Educators
Thorough understanding of the National Quality Framework and all relevant regulations and standards
Current First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma qualifications (or the ability to obtain)
