Responsibilities
Customise and streamline tools to improve performance and efficiency.
Act as the first point of contact for technical issues and resolve them promptly while delivering high standard customer service.
Work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, including CAD designers from engineering consultancies, to review drawings and maintain quality and consistency across all outputs.
Qualifications
Solid understanding of project management principles, particularly within IT or CAD-related contexts.
Experience with VB, VBA, XML or HTML programming or markup languages is highly desirable.




Strong problem‐solving and communication skills.
