About The Role As a Facilities Officer, you'll play a key role in keeping our facilities and fleet operations running smoothly.
You'll be the go-to for coordinating maintenance, responding to requests, and ensuring our sites are protected, functional, and well maintained.
This role combines coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement, making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering great service.
This is a permanent full time position with 75 hours per fortnight, based in Belmont.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage facilities and fleet requests via inbox and phone, prioritising urgent issuesCoordinate reactive and scheduled maintenance across MSWA sitesEngage and liaise with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholdersSchedule routine servicing and ensure compliance with service agreementsManage fleet administration, including bookings, repairs, insurance, and vehicle changeoversSupport security access control and assist with CCTV requestsMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, assets,



and contractor documentationIdentify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and service delivery
Must-haves
Experience in facilities coordination, maintenance, or a similar roleStrong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent communication and stakeholder engagement skillsSolid computer skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)A proactive, solutions-focused approachCurrent driver's licence
