About the Role

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist / Registrar to join our team in Shellharbour.

- Days available: 2–3 days available with an existing referral stream ready to build your caseload.
- Flexible contractor role with support and autonomy. Initial bookings, Halaxy software systems in place to help reduce admin burden.
- Work with a values-driven practice that prioritises accessibility, clinician wellbeing, and evidence-based care.
- Ideal for someone looking for autonomy in their career, without need to establish your own referral sources, or someone looking to add extra days to their current schedule.

What We’re Looking For

- AHPRA Registered Psychologist / Clinical Psychologist / Registrar
- Experience in ACT, Schema Therapy, or trauma-informed care.
- Warm, professional, and collaborative approach
- Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice
- Motivated to contribute to a growing local practice and build long-term relationships with referrers and the community.

Our clients:

- Adult clientele - ages 18+
- Medicare, Private, Open Arms, DVA, and current defence referral sources.
- A young working qualified client demographic with majority 25-50years of age.

Our clients are focused on their outcomes and the practice works on supporting them to complete their goals in an efficient treatment episode.



The average treatment episode is 6–10 sessions, allowing psychologists to deliver focused, evidence-based care and see tangible client progress.

- Providing psychological treatment within your scope; Delivering evidence-based interventions.
- Maintaining high professional standards
- Benefiting from existing referrals and admin systems
- Working independently in a quiet, private office space with a connected team behind you
