Security Officer (NV1 Cleared)

We are seeking professional and customer-focused Security Officers who hold a current NV1 Security Clearance, NSW Security Licence, and current Australian Driver's Licence to join our growing team.

About the Role

As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment while delivering exceptional customer service. You will represent MSS Security with professionalism and integrity while working across government and high-security environments.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Access control and visitor management
- Conducting foot and vehicle patrols
- Monitoring CCTV and alarm systems
- Responding to incidents and emergencies
- Completing accurate incident reports and shift documentation
- Providing exceptional customer service to clients and visitors
- Ensuring compliance with site procedures and security protocols
- Liaising with emergency services and key stakeholders when required

You will have:

- Current NSW Security Licence




- Current NV1 Security Clearance
- Current unrestricted Australian Driver's Licence
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong customer service focus
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work rotating shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- Intermediate computer skills
