Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate design throughout tender, pre‑construction and project delivery phases.
- Manage consultant teams, design programmes and stakeholder engagement across complex projects.
- Drive buildability, value engineering and design optimisation initiatives.
- Coordinate design documentation, statutory approvals and compliance requirements.
- Support bid submissions, consultant procurement and pre‑construction planning.
- Collaborate closely with project and delivery teams to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Champion innovation, BIM implementation and best‑practice design management across the project lifecycle.
Location
Hunter Region, Central Coast, or relocation from Sydney may be considered.
