Support Worker Required Southern Adelaide (Near Noarlunga Hospital)
We are looking for a reliable and caring support worker to assist an NDIS participant with transport and community support.
Regular Duties:
Pick up the client in the morning and drop them off at the hospital (near Noarlunga Hospital).
Start time:6:50 am.
Pick up the client from the hospital at approximately12:00 pmand take them home.
Additional Duties (on some days):
Assist with grocery shopping.
Help with light household cleaning.
Transport the client to medical appointments, hydrotherapy sessions, and other community appointments as required.
Applicants must have a valid driver's licence, a reliable vehicle, and be committed to providing secure, respectful, and person-centred support.
