We're looking for a skilled and motivatedBakerto join our friendly, hardworking team on a full-time basis.

As a Baker, you will play a key role in producing high-quality baked goods and maintaining consistency, efficiency, and strong production standards across all bakery operations.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and bake a wide range of products including breads, pastries, rolls, pies, cakes, and other bakery items
Follow established recipes, production schedules, and quality benchmarks
Mix doughs, operate baking equipment, and manage baking times and temperatures
Ensure all products meet high presentation standards before sale or display
Maintain strict hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety practices at all times
Assist with stock control, ingredient ordering, and daily bakery operations




Contribute positively to team workflow and maintain a robust team culture
About You
Relevant baking qualification or at least 1 year of commercial bakery experience
Strong hands-on skills across bread, pastry, and general baking production
Ability to work independently with effective time management
Reliable, proactive, and a positive "can-do" attitude
Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
High standards of cleanliness and professionalism
