Full job description
Southport State School P&C; Association is seeking an enthusiastic, and experienced Outside School Hours Care (OSHC) Coordinator & Nominated Supervisorto lead our welcoming and OSHC service.
This is an exciting chance for an experienced early childhood or school-age care skilled to lead a dedicated team, build robust relationships with children and families, and ensure the delivery of a safe, engaging and compliant service.
As the OSHC Coordinator & Nominated Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day leadership and management of the service, including Before School Care, After School Care and Vacation Care programs.
Working closely with the P&C; Management Committee, you will oversee all aspects of service delivery, ensuring compliance with the Education and Care Services National Law and Regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF) and relevant workplace legislation.
