Our client is growing and is looking for an experiencedSenior Strata Community Managerto join their friendly, supportive team.

What you'll be doing:
Manage a portfolio ofapproximately 54 schemes (around 850 lots), primarily residential with a small mix of residential and commercial properties.
Build excellent relationships with Councils of Owners and property owners.
Chair meetings and provide expert strata advice.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
UseStrata MasterandFileSmartto efficiently manage your portfolio and keep everything running smoothly.




Work closely with a dedicated administration team so you can focus on your clients not the paperwork.
What you'll bring:
Experience in strata/community management.
Experience usingStrata Master(FileSmart experience is a bonus).
Excellent communication and organisation skills.
Solid knowledge of WA strata legislation.
