We are partnering with a well-established blue-collar organisation seeking an experienced HR Manager to join the team on a short-term contract, supporting both BAU operations and key people projects.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded HR skilled who thrives in environments where they can build structure, improve processes and partner closely with operational leaders.
THE ROLE
This role will suit someone who enjoys balancing strategic project work with day to day HR advisory responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities include partnering with operational leaders across multiple business units, providing pragmatic HR advice and coaching.
You will review, develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure legislative compliance and operational best practice.
A large component of the role is to lead and deliver a range of HR projects focused on improving people processes,



governance and employee experience as well as provide advice on employee relations matters including performance management, disciplinary matters, investigations and workplace issues.
THE CRITERIA
To be successful in this role, you will be an experienced HR Manager or Senior HR Business Partner with a strong generalist background.
You will have previous experience working within a blue-collar environment and be confident partnering with operational leaders in a quick-paced setting.
You will possess a solid understanding of Australian employment legislation and industrial relations, together with demonstrated experience developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
