About the role:

This role will be responsible for driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organisation focusing on the first instance in Operations and Supply Chain using recognised best practice tools supported and adopted across the Global business.

This role is about eliminating losses, fostering a culture of total employee ownership, and ensuring operational excellence. The successful candidate will lead cross-functional teams to implement IWS principles in well defined pillars which are proven to achieve significant cost savings and productivity gains through leadership, capability building and accountability at every level of the organisation.

This role will be based at our site in Orchard Hill s.

What you’ll be responsible for:

- Lead the implementation of the Integrated Work System (IWS) across the organisation, focusing on continuous improvement and operational excellence.
- Drive a culture of zero losses,



ensuring all employees are engaged in identifying and eliminating inefficiencies
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve cost savings and productivity improvements,
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, supply chain, and operations, to ensure seamless integration of IWS initiatives
- Provide training and support to employees at all levels, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and total employee ownership
- Monitor and report on the progress of IWS initiatives, using data-driven insights to drive decision making and continuous improvement

What you’ll bring to the role:

- Proven experience in leading continuous improvement initiatives within a manufacturing or supply chain environment.
- Solid knowledge of Integrated Work System (IWS) principles and methodologies.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate cross functional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Demonstrated ability to achieve significant cost savings and productivity improvements through continuous improvement initiatives
