We are inviting expressions of interest from experiencedSocial WorkersorProfessional Officers(Case Managers) interested in the role ofSILS Supervisor.
Based in theAdelaide CBD, this role supports young people transitioning from care by coordinating effective Supported Independent Living Services (SILS) placements and working with stakeholders to deliver responsive services.
You will contribute to ensuring young people receive the right support as they move towards independence.
This is asingle vacancy offered under a dual classification, meaning it may be filled by either an experienced, qualified Social Worker (AHP3) or Qualified Officer (PO3) depending on the qualification and suitability of the successful applicant.
You will be responsible for:
Providing leadership and practice guidance to support team development and effective service delivery
Assessing and coordinating SILS placements that align with young people's needs and transition goals




Managing placement pathways, referrals and matching processes with DCP teams and service providers
Building solid partnerships with providers and stakeholders to support responsive SILS services
Contributing to program improvements, quality assurance and culturally responsive practice.
